8.   All models must be completely built and finished by the entrant. Each model is eligible for entry into a single category ONLY.
9.   REFERENCES:  As a minimum every entry MUST be accompanied by the instruction sheet supplied in the kit. Details of changes or modifications should be provided in writing and supported by reference material where possible. Failure to supply any of the above material may incur a loss of points.
10.     MATERIALS:  Models may be constructed from any material eg: plastic, resin, white metal, photo-etched metal etc.
11.     Models may be displayed on a base or plinth containing additional material but the judges will only consider the specific model designated on the entry form. If in the opinion of the Chief Judge, the base work is deemed to be too extensive then the model may be placed in either the Diorama or Vignette category.
12.     All models within the base of a DIORAMA will be judged as a whole.
13.     AWARDS:  Will be given for First, Second and Third place in each category. Each model will be assessed by a minimum of two judges whose decision will be final.
14.     In the event of a dispute regarding interpretation or application of these rules, the decision of the Chief Judge, appointed by the organisers, shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15.     DISCLAIMER:  While the organisers undertake to provide all reasonable care and protection of models entered into the competition, such models are entered at the owners own risk and the organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.

I spoke to a member at Mill Park Library event a couple of months ago about this event, and whether or not you'd like to have some Star Wars characters roaming around the event. please contact me via luke.stadler@gmail.com to discuss this further.

    Thanks
